It’s ok if you have an erection. Just don’t make any improper comments about it. A professional massage therapist and a professional client will be ok with it. Everyone says it’s a natural response to relaxation. I say BS. It’s aroused. However It is a natural response and the question is how is it handled mostly by the client. He should be respectful of the therapist and certainly not comment on it. How many females are aroused somewhat while getting a massage? Of course no one knows unless she says something. So it should be the same with a male.

Sadly many parts of the body that really need a massage don’t get massaged because of the sexual thing and I don’t mean the penis.

The buttocks, the piraformis muscle which is the muscle just below each cheek of the butt really needs to be massaged. Also the area in the inner thigh near the genitals really needs massaging. I’ve been able to do this for a client and also have a therapist whom Is comfortable with me do this. Sometimes we exchange massages to do this. It takes trust and that sexual boundary must never be overstepped. It can really contribute to a total relaxation.
